The Work-Center WIP Board & Queue Tracker gives a supervisor one place to see every open job by work center: waiting versus in progress, and how many days each has been open. Enter or paste your open jobs on the Job Entry tab (job #, part #, customer, current operation, work center, status, days open). The WIP Board groups them by status, the By-Work-Center Queue shows how many jobs sit at each status at every station with average and oldest days open and the count at or over your aging threshold, and the Where-Is-Job Lookup answers 'where is job X?' by job #, part # or customer name without a walk to the floor. A Dashboard totals the shop. It tracks status and queue position only: there is no scheduling, dispatch or finite-capacity logic, and every job, work center and status shown is the one you entered.
