The Work-Center WIP Board & Queue Tracker gives a supervisor one place to see every open job by work center — waiting versus in-progress, and how many days each has been open. Enter or paste your open jobs on the Job Entry tab (job #, part #, customer, current operation, work center), and the WIP Board groups them by station while the Where-Is-Job Lookup answers 'where is job X?' by job #, part # or customer name without a walk to the floor. A Dashboard rolls up queue counts and aging by work center so bottlenecks surface. It tracks status and queue position only — there is no scheduling, dispatch or finite-capacity logic — and every job, work center and status shown is the one you entered.
