Define the operation sequence — fit-up, tack, weld, grind, inspect — on the Router tab, generate a weld-map-friendly traveler that carries the job through each station, and log WIP as operations close so you always know where a job stands. It runs in Excel 2016 or Google Sheets with no add-ins. Every rate, time and figure is the ones you enter — the workbook asserts no welding-hour benchmark and no industry default; the numbers on your traveler are your shop's own.
